Overview
As Legal Counsel for the EMEA market, you provide strategic legal guidance to sales, marketing and sourcing teams across Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Israel. Based in Rubiera, you collaborate with the Italian legal team and a global network to manage risks and ensure compliant business operations. You will develop policies, templates and training to strengthen governance and risk management. This role offers exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters in a multinational environment and a chance to shape how we navigate complex commercial and regulatory issues.

Responsabilità
Advise stakeholders on complex legal and business risks across multiple jurisdictions
Counsel on contracts, claims, disputes, antitrust, corporate and commercial law, insolvency, export control, food/product safety, IPR,
software, data protection, environment and regulatory issues
Develop and implement policies, processes, template agreements, checklists and other tools
Train and develop business and legal colleagues in various governance areas
Select, manage and develop external legal advisers
Requisiti fondamentali
Law degree from a reputable university
Five to eight years of experience in a leading law firm and/or in-house in a multinational
Experience advising on complex commercial legal matters in a multinational environment
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken) with strong drafting and communication skills
