/ppbr / /ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppWe are looking for a strongSystem HSEQ Engineer /strong to join our HSEQ Department in Rome, with a focus on Integrated Management Systems.
/ppThe ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in the management of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) systems, with proven ability to support audits, maintain and update management system documentation, and monitor organizational performance.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongIntegrated Management Systems /strong /pulliSupport the implementation, management and monitoring of the Quality Management System (ISO ****), Environmental Management System (ISO *****), and Occupational Health Safety Management System (ISO *****), as well as other applicable company requirements and standards.
/liliEnsure that company processes and practices comply with applicable international standards and local regulations.
/liliReview, update and revise company procedures, processes and management system documentation in response to regulatory changes and internal requirements.
/li /ulpstrongInternal and External Audits /strong /pulliSupport the planning and execution of internal audits, ensuring that company processes and practices comply with the requirements of the Integrated Management System.
/liliSupport the HSEQ team during certification audits, external audits and inspections, contributing to the maintenance of relevant certifications and compliance requirements.
/li /ulpstrongManagement System Performance Monitoring /strong /pulliMonitor the performance of the Integrated Management System by collecting and analysing relevant KPIs and performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement; br / /liliSupport the management of non-conformities and corrective actions, ensuring effective follow-up and continuous compliance with management system requirements.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongDocumentation and Reporting /strong /pulliPrepare, update, manage and archive technical documentation, reports, procedures and records required for the effective maintenance of the Integrated Management System; br / /liliContribute to the proper organization and maintenance of company documentation, ensuring that relevant information is easily accessible and available to the appropriate teams.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications and Experience: /strong /pulliBachelor's degree in strongEngineering /strong (minimum three-year degree); br / /liliAt least strong5 years of professional experience /strong in QHSE / HSEQ management systems or related roles; br / /liliA solid knowledge of the main ISO management system standards; br / /liliPrevious experience in management system implementation, monitoring and auditing is preferred; br / /liliFluent English,both written and spoken; br / /liliAvailability totravel internationally for short business assignments.
