Il Bellevue di Cogne, in Valle d'Aosta, affacciato sui Prati di Sant'Orso, proprio dinnanzi al Gran Paradiso e al suo omonimo Parco Nazionale, non è solo un hotel, ma una grande Casa che abbraccia la storia, la cultura e la natura delle Alpi.
Dal **** la famiglia Jeantet-Roullet lo gestisce portando avanti la cultura dell'ospitalità, coinvolgendo oltre 90 collaboratori.
La Casa offre 39 camere uniche, ognuna arredata con mobili e oggetti antichi appartenenti alla collezione di famiglia, una Spa rigenerativa di ***** metri e quattro ristoranti: Le Petit Bellevue, il Ristorante Bellevue, il Bar à Fromage restaurant de montagne e la Brasserie du Bon Bec.
La pluripremiata Cantina vini, la Cantina formaggi, l'orto circolare e la panetteria completano la Casa, parte del circuito Relais & Châteaux.

All'interno della dimora - in accordo e sotto la supervisione della direzione - si occupa:
- programmare e coordinare il lavoro giornaliero, supervisionare la gestione contabile
- supervisionare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio
- partecipare al lavoro di sala e gestire il team
- registrare le comande, curare l'ospite e porre attenzione ai dettagli
- supervisionare la preparazione della sala per tutti i servizi richiesti (colazione, pranzo, cena, room service)
- sostituisce il Maître in caso di necessità
Inside the residence - in agreement and under the supervision of the management - he deals with:
- plan and coordinate the daily work, supervise the accounting management
- supervise the mise-en-place of the tables and the service
- participate in the room work and manage the team
- record orders, take care of the guest and pay attention to details
- supervise the preparation of the room for all the required services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service)
- he replaces the Maître in case of need
Qualifiche
- Diploma/Laurea
- Certificazione sommelier (es. AIS, FISAR e simili)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Gradita la conoscenza della lingua francese
- Buona conoscenza dei vini nazionali, territoriali e internazionali




- Esperienza di almeno tre anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata in ristoranti gourmet, hotel 4*/5* e/o Relais & Châteaux
- Completano il profilo: capacità comunicative, gestionali e di leadership, orientamento al cliente e team Working
- Diploma / Degree
- Sommelier certification (eg. AIS, FISAR and similar)
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of French
- Good knowledge of national, territorial and international wines
- At least three years of experience in the same role gained in gourmet restaurants, 4 * / 5 * hotels and / or Relais & Châteaux
- Complete the profile: communication, management and leadership skills, customer orientation and team working

La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno della dimora Relais & Châteaux a conduzione familiare che offre accoglienza e ospitalità al proprio staff garantendo un contesto di lavoro sereno dove a ogni collaboratore viene riconosciuto l'impegno al successo dell'hotel
- Contratto a tempo determinato dal 02/12/2026 al 17/10/2027)
- CCNL Turismo. L'inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurati in base al profilo e all'esperienza

The resource will be placed within the family-run Relais & Châteaux residence which offers welcome and hospitality to its staff, guaranteeing a serene work environment where each collaborator is recognized for their commitment to the hotel's success
- Fixed-term contract - Fixed-term contract from 02/12/2026 to 17/10/2027
- CCNL Tourism. The classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the profile and experience
