/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projects /li liPlan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partners /li liContribute to the development of new products and product improvements, supporting applications in propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight design /li liPromote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organization /li /ul h3How to convince us /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience in a related technical field /li liKnowledge of material technologies, especially polymers and composite materials /li liBasic knowledge of project management methodologies /li liGood English and either Italian or German /li liWillingness to travel nationally and internationally /li /ul pWe are seeking a candidate with a keen interest in innovation, strong organizational and team-work abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
