/ph3Position Overview /h3pThis role combines strong analytical capabilities, commercial understanding and operational discipline.
The Business Analyst, plays a key role in supporting business performance management by ensuring accurate reporting, consistent data flows and clear insights to guide commercial decisions and strategic planning.
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization through accurate business analysis, sales reporting, performance tracking and data-driven insights.
The role supports management, senior analysts and commercial teams by monitoring sales performance at regional, country, channel, brand, customer and door level, ensuring timely visibility on key business trends, risks and opportunities.
He/She is responsible for collecting, consolidating and analyzing sell-in, sell-out and sell-thru data, preparing business reports, dashboards and presentations, and supporting the Budget, Forecast, Monthly Revenue Forecast and strategic planning processes.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, high attention to detail and a solid understanding of sales dynamics, distribution networks, KPIs and business performance drivers.
/ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities /h3ulliRegularly deliver business analysis of sales performance at regional, country, channel, brand, customer and door level.
/liliMonitor top-line results and provide clear visibility on key business trends, risks and opportunities.
/liliSupport the analysis of business performance, developing a solid understanding of each market and distribution model.
/liliTrack regional distribution across all channels and maintain updated visibility on business evolution by market.
Reporting, Dashboards and KPIs: /liliDefine, maintain and update sales dashboards by area and at consolidated level, focusing on key market KPIs.
/liliPrepare weekly and monthly sell-out tracking and reporting.
/liliCollect, consolidate and analyze sell-out and sell-thru data from partners and internal systems.
/liliSupport the creation and maintenance of databases to capture sales data /liliEnsure accuracy, consistency and reliability of data flows, inputs and analysis.
Budget, Forecast and Business Planning Support: /liliSupport the preparation of Budget and Forecast templates by partner, door and brand.
/liliSupport the preparation of Monthly Revenue Forecasts through data analysis and business input consolidation.
/liliTrack sell-in orders and support selling campaign forecasting.
/liliConfirm End of Market results to HQ, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
/li /ulh3Experience, Skills Knowledge /h3pEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
Experience: /pulliPrevious experience in Business Analysis, Sales Analysis, Business Intelligence, Commercial Planning or a similar analytical role.
/liliExperience in the fashion, retail, wholesale or travel retail industry is a plus.
/liliStrong experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
/liliKnowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence / data visualization tools is a strong plus.
/liliStrong analytical mindset, with a natural attitude for numbers and data interpretation.
/liliGood understanding of sales dynamics, distribution networks, partners, customers and competitor landscape.
/liliAbility to analyze large sets of data and translate them into clear business insights and recommendations.
/liliStrong knowledge of business KPIs, sales performance metrics and reporting processes.
/liliExcellent planning, organizational and time-management skills.
/liliGood communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
/liliFluent in English.

Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location.

Temporary contract 12 months.
/liliMeal Vouchers: €8.65/day per worked day of at least 6 hours.
