/ppWe are looking for an experienced bPalantir Foundry AIP Engineer /b to join our team and work at the intersection of Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and business transformation.
/ppThis is not just a traditional Data Engineering role.
You will design and deliver AI-powered workflows, intelligent agents and applications leveraging the full bPalantir Foundry ecosystem and Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) /b.

/ph3What you'll do /h3ulliDesign and build scalable data pipelines, transformations and applications within Palantir Foundry.
/liliDevelop and deploy AI-powered use cases, including copilots, retrieval workflows and decision-support agents.
/liliBuild intelligent workflows using bRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) /b, vector search, embeddings and Ontology content.
/liliApply bOntology-Augmented Generation (OAG) /b to support operational decision-making.
/liliCollaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
/liliWork alongside senior engineers on agent design, instructions, testing and evaluation using AIP native capabilities.
/liliDrive end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
/liliSupport business users in adopting Foundry and AIP solutions.
/liliEnsure high standards of data quality, governance and responsible AI.
/li /ulh3What we're looking for /h3ulli8+ years of experience in IT and Data.
/lili5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Platform Engineer.
/lili2+ years of hands?on experience with the bPalantir Foundry ecosystem /b, including data integration, Ontology,
pipelines and applications.
/lili1+ year of practical experience with bPalantir AIP /b, including AI-powered workflows, copilots, RAG or agent?based applications.
/liliStrong knowledge of bPython, PySpark, SQL and Data Modelling /b.
/liliExperience connecting AI solutions with enterprise data sources, vector search and Ontology-based architectures.
/liliAbility to work independently and engage directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
/liliStrong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
/li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliFamiliarity with AIP Agent Studio, including agents, instructions, tools and testing.
/liliExperience with AIP Evals and evaluation?driven AI development.
/liliKnowledge of APIs, MCP and cloud integration patterns.
/liliBackground in Consulting, Applied AI or Machine Learning.
/liliPrevious experience working in Abu Dhabi or the wider MENA region.
