Design and improve indirect procurement policies and procedures
Align and deploy strategy, policies, and procedures with internal stakeholders
Forecast demand for goods and services and identify purchase sources
Manage relationships with internal strategic stakeholders to ensure proactive involvement
Support business owners in external stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth procurement
Lead, motivate, and develop the global indirect purchasing team
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or related fields
Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
10 years of experience in Purchasing with at least 5 years in leadership in multinational organizations
Strong negotiation skills
