Our in-house CAO is exclusively dedicated to our aircraft fleet of over 25 aircraft and is launching a state-of-the-art Aircraft Maintenance facility at Parma Airport in Q2-2026.
About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role as a Certifying Staff B1.2 or B3 (Aircraft Maintenance Technician - Piston Aeroplanes) located in Parma, Emilia Romagna.
The role involves leading in maintenance operations, providing technical support,
and ensuring the smooth functioning of aircraft maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis under the supervision of the Engineering and Certifying Staff Team.
The role includes shift work on a 5on-3off/5on-2off or 10on-5off pattern.
Responsibilities
Performing maintenance tasks on our fleet of Cessna, Piper and Diamond Aircraft
Provide technical support
Ensure the smooth functioning of aircraft maintenance activities
Work in liaison with the Engineering Team
Participate in shift work on a 5on-3off/5on-2off or 10on-5off pattern
Qualifications
EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License Cat. B1.2 or B3
Required Skills
Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Knowledge of Safeguarding procedures
Previous experience in piston aircraft maintenance
Ability to work effectively in a team
Strong problem-solving skills
