This is an opportunity to join an established international consulting platform advising private equity investors, portfolio companies and corporate clients on high-impact strategic and transaction-related mandates. The Role You will work across the investment lifecycle, with a particular focus on: Commercial Due Diligence and Vendor Due Diligence Post-deal Value Creation and Performance Improvement Growth Strategy and Go-to-Market Strategy New Market Entry and International Expansion Portfolio company strategy and transformation Market assessment, competitive positioning and commercial strategy Sector Focus We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across one or more of the following:
Consumer Goods | Retail | Industrials | Technology & Software | Energy Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who: Are fluent Italian speakers Have a strong background within strategy or management consulting Have experience working with Private Equity clients and/or PE-backed businesses Bring a strong track record across CDD, value creation, growth strategy or market entry xpavfwm
