Overview
In this role you create and manage technical publications for rolling stock, including use and maintenance manuals and spare parts catalogs. You collaborate with Engineering and Industrialization to align content and deliver high-quality documents on time. You also organize product operation and maintenance trainings for customers and support tender activities with ISR inputs. The job focuses on delivering reliable, reusable documentation within the ISR framework to support lifecycle cost goals and customer satisfaction. Responsabilità
- Produce system description, maintenance, troubleshooting, operator manuals and IPCs
- Collect information from Engineering and external suppliers to build ISR O&M; manuals
- Publish documentation using Alstom standards and tools
- Manage ISR documentation across project lifecycle and track quality, cost, and delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to consolidate contributions
- Create and manage training materials and deliver customer trainings on product operation/maintenance
- Support tender activities with ISR content and QCD assessments
- Maintain project documentation databases and KPI reporting
- Lead design reviews and training program planning for ISR activities
- Ensure subcontractor documentation input is properly integrated
- Produce ISR management plans and REX reports with continuous improvement recommendations
- Support bid management with ISR commitments and deliverables
- Oversee lifecycle cost commitments and collaboration with O&M; manuals subcontractors
Requisiti fondamentali
- Technical publications or engineering experience
- Experience with maintainability aspects
- Direct customer interfacing
- English at working level; fluent Italian
- Experience in ISR/ILS processes and rolling stock maintenance is desirable
- Knowledge of project management, planning and customer training organization
- Ability to work in a diverse, international environment
- Experience in supplier management is desirable
