Overview
As Biostimulants Market Developer in the South of Italy, you will bridge technical product knowledge and commercial strategy to support Corteva’s biostimulants portfolio. You will work with country sales teams to translate scientific insights into customer-facing programs, demos, and training that drive demand and sell‑in/sell‑out. You’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, and management to ensure biostimulant awareness and competency in the region. This role offers hands-on field engagement, budget ownership, and the chance to shape local market strategies for a growing portfolio.

Responsabilità
- Roll out the marketing strategy and capture voice of the customer for LPCT
- Identify local gaps and needs to be addressed with new biostimulants portfolio
- Scout local competition to feed LPCT and marketing with market intelligence
- Contribute to bottom-up marketing plans and demand generation budgets
- Coordinate with Country Biostimulants team on product/Customer segmentation
- Roll out new products and organize customer endorsement activities (demos, tech transfer)
- Support sell-in with sales teams to secure buy-in on the product range
- Foster internal networks to sustain biostimulants awareness and competency
- Provide ongoing support during meetings with key customers (new products, campaigns,
workshops)
- Deliver trainings before/during selling seasons to sales teams
- Collect competitor portfolio information to inform market understanding
- Plan field events for farmers and collaborate with distributors for sell-out activities
- Coach stakeholders along the value chain and ensure knowledge transfer on products
- Involve in sales forecasting, budgeting, and achieving budget targets
- Participate in budgeting for biostimulants in the market/area
- Be accountable for regional budget achievement
- Travel up to 80% within the territory
- Location: South Of Italy
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree or significant experience in Agronomy or agriculture business
- Sales or Agronomy experience in the country
- Strong crop management knowledge (regional main crops), with plant nutrition and soil science
- Good knowledge of the local commercial environment
- Experience in similar roles and field trials/demos
- Business mindset with biostimulants, crop protection or seed product experience
- Results-oriented with customer focus and GTM understanding
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Loyal, committed to the organization and team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Italian (native) and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
