Position Description
Arrow Diagnostics S.r.l., part of the international Seegene Inc. Group, operates in the molecular diagnostics sector.
For our Genoa office, we are looking for a Treasury & ICFR Junior Manager reporting directly to the CFO. The role will focus on strengthening treasury management capabilities, supporting Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR), and contributing to the continuous improvement of finance processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Treasury
- Prepare and improve cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports for local management and HQ in Seoul, Korea.
- Monitor bank balances, liquidity positions, and working capital needs.
- Manage operational banking relationships and support financing activities, credit facilities, loans, and financial instruments.
- Execute bank transfers, payments, and banking instructions, including online banking and Entratel/F24, in line with company deadlines and approval workflows.
- Identify opportunities to optimize cash utilization and improve treasury processes.
- Support automation, documentation, and knowledge sharing for critical treasury activities.
- Identify and escalate treasury-related operational risks.
· ICFR
- Coordinate evidence collection and control testing for treasury-related ICFR controls.
- Work with HQ in Seoul, Korea and external auditors on treasury and internal control matters.
- Support the design, documentation, execution, and monitoring of ICFR controls related to treasury and finance processes.
- Support remediation of control deficiencies and improvement of treasury governance.
- Maintain documentation supporting key controls, audit requests, and approval workflows.
REQUIREMENTS
· Must
- Be ready to perform hands-on operational tasks upon joining; the position does not currently include direct reports.
- Show the ability and willingness to grow into a leadership role; additional team members may be assigned under this position in the future, depending on workload, capability, performance, and leadership.
- English level B2 or above according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, with the ability to communicate with HQ in Seoul, Korea and external auditors.
- Experience in either Treasury or ICFR/Internal Control is required; experience in both areas is not mandatory, provided that the candidate has a strong willingness to learn the other area.
· Strong
- Big Four audit background.
- Experience with treasury management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, banking relationships, or treasury reporting.
- Experience with ICFR, K-SOX, US-SOX, J-SOX, or other internal control frameworks.
· Plus
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Experience in an international or structured corporate environment.
- Knowledge of online banking systems, Entratel, electronic invoicing (SDI), Excel, and ERP/business management software.
- SAP knowledge.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, treasury processes, internal controls, and reporting requirements.

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with financial data and cash flow projections.
- Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a structured finance environment.
- Proactive approach to process improvement, documentation, and control enhancement.

We offer a full-time fixed-term employment contract under the Italian Commerce Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio e Terziario), with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract.
Job level and Gross salary:
The position will be classified at Level 1° or Level 2° under the Italian Commerce and Services Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Terziario e Commercio).
The grade level will be assessed based on the candidate’s professional experience and skills during the interview process.
The indicative gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €38,000 to €48,000, depending on the grade level and the candidate’s professional profile.
