Overview

In this role you will design, develop and evolve the company’s software solutions, acting as technical reference for the development team and bridging business needs with technical implementation. You will work across cloud architectures (AWS), modern web apps, legacy projects and system integrations to improve and rationalize the existing landscape. The position offers a clear path toward team leadership within a dynamic, future‑focused IT environment. Responsabilità

- Progettare, sviluppare ed evolvere soluzioni software aziendali
- Fungere da riferimento tecnico per il team di sviluppo
- Fare da ponte tra esigenze di business e implementazione tecnologica




- Lavorare su architetture cloud (AWS), web app, progetti legacy e integrazioni tra sistemi
- Migliorare, razionalizzare ed evolvere l’esistente

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software (backend)
- Esperienza con tecnologie cloud di sviluppo (AWS)
- Conoscenza approfondita di web app, API REST, Javascript/Typescript
- Ottima conoscenza di SQL e progettazione database
- Capacità di definire priorità, gestione processi e comunicazione interna al team
- Passione per l’informatica e interesse a lavorare a stretto contatto con il business
