Overview
In this role you drive the growth of Alfa Laval’s GPHE and WHE portfolio within Italy, turning technical solutions into customer value. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, promote innovative heat‑exchange solutions, and support partners and distributors. You will travel across Italy to engage System Builders, Contractors, OEMs, and end users, shaping technical sales strategy. A strong mix of technical insight, relationship building, and business acumen will help you accelerate market penetration and customer success.
Responsabilità
- Design, promote and secure penetration of GPHE/WHE technology and solutions
- Identify technical solutions for ED Process across customer segments (System Builders, Contractors, OEMs, End-users)
- Promote and secure delivery of GPHE/WHE portfolio
- Drive sales activity visiting customers and partners with technical/engineering focus
- Support,
coach and develop sales partners in the field (Distributors and Agents)
- Be available for travel up to ~50% of time in Italy
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
- 3–5 years of previous sales engineering experience in mechanical or thermal equipment
- Driving license
- Good English (verbal and written)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Business development mindset
- Curiosity and open-mindedness
- Knowledge of GPHE & WHE heat exchangers
- Ability to identify technical solutions for process applications
- Experience in selling technical/engineering solutions to diverse customer segments
