We are looking for a full-time Event Coordinator Specialist to join our international team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-level events and innovation initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented,
and comfortable managing multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously. You will work closely with the team, partners, speakers, clients, and venues to ensure that every event is planned and executed smoothly, from the initial preparation to the on-the-ground experience. Y our role: - Event Planning & Coordination: Support the planning and execution of international events, conferences, workshops, and innovation initiatives, both online and in person. - Event Operations: Coordinate logistics, timelines, venues, suppliers, speakers, partners, materials, registrations, and other operational aspects required for successful events. - On-the-Ground Management: Support and coordinate event execution on site, ensuring that activities, schedules, speakers, guests, and partners are properly managed throughout the event. - Stakeholder Coordination: Manage day-to-day communication with clients, brands, startups, speakers, partners,
