Overview
In this role you support the Quality Department by ensuring procedures, standards, and records meet specifications. You partner with production to drive improvements, support ISO 9001 certification efforts, and manage non-conforming materials with corrective actions. You will work across internal and external audits and report quality performance to trigger improvements. This position offers growth in a global wind-energy leader focused on sustainable solutions.
Responsabilità
- Facilitate problem solving methodology
- Report quality performance to drive improvement activities
- Support ISO 9001 certification processes and ITAP activities (offshore customers)
- Participate in internal and external audit processes
- Handle non-conforming materials/products with medium/high level NC ownership via corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor production area performance and coordinate with Production Support Team on improvement plans
- Approve trials and prepare technical reports
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proficiency in English
- Understanding of quality processes and reporting
- Ability to stay focused in time-sensitive situations
- Attention to detail
- Solid task management
- Problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Quality management and reporting
- ISO 9001 knowledge
