Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new business for mixing and industrial sealing technologies across Italy and selected European markets. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to technical-commercial negotiation and closing, while collaborating with international teams. Your focus is to build relationships with process-industry stakeholders and unlock cross-selling opportunities to expand market presence. This role offers a pivotal chance to shape growth for an international industrial group in a key regional market.

Responsabilità
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in Italy and selected European markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Develop sales for mixing and industrial sealing technologies
- Build relationships with technical and purchasing stakeholders in process industries
- Collaborate with Italian and European teams to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate customer visits and BD activities across assigned markets
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 5 years in Technical Sales or Business Development within industrial B2B markets
- Proven hunter mentality with ability to generate leads and acquire new customers
- Strong technical aptitude and experience in process industries
- Fluent English (C1)
- Willingness to travel up to ~70%
