For our manufacturing plant in Soliera (MO), we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer – Electric Motors , reporting to the Account Sales Manager.
Job Purpose To support the Area Sales Manager in developing customer relationships and business opportunities by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle for AC, PM and DC electric motor solutions serving sectors such as Material Handling, Construction Equipment, Off-Highway Vehicles, Aerial Work Platforms, Agriculture, Ground Support Equipment, Cleaning Equipment, eMobility and Marine applications.
The role acts as the key technical liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into effective technical and commercial solutions and facilitating effective collaboration throughout the product and sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Area Manager and/or Account Manager during customer meetings and business development activities.
- Analyze customer technical and application requirements and identify the most suitable product solutions.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical consulting.
- Prepare technical and commercial documentation supporting quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate technical feasibility assessments with Engineering and Product Management.
- Support definition of product specifications, costs, and project timelines.
- Monitor assigned projects through industrialization and product launch phases.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
- Manage technical inquiries, clarifications, and problem-solving activities.
- Organize and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and customer training sessions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Customer Service.
- Support management of customer-requested technical changes.
- Monitor technology trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Support identification of new business and product development opportunities.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and ensure timely resolution of customer technical issues.
Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromagnetic, or Industrial/Management Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
A final degree grade of 105/110 or above will be considered a preferred qualification.
Professional experience
1–6 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering,
electric motors, industrial automation, or related industrial sectors.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of electric motor technologies and industrial applications.
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical specifications and commercial solutions.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle, technical feasibility analysis, and industrial project management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Travel Availability Availability to travel nationally and internationally (approximately 25% of the time) to visit customers, support activities within other Group companies, and attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Offer details
Fixed Salary Range: 38.000 – 50.000 €
Variable Salary: 7%-10%
Non-Competition Clause.
