Overview
As a Senior Advisor in our Milan Private Capital practice, you will apply deep PE experience to advise investors and portfolio companies. You will work within a global, high-performance team to drive growth and transform client outcomes in Europe and Italy. You’ll lead and coach project teams, shape investment-focused strategies, and help institutionalize knowledge across the investment cycle. You will engage with diverse investors, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Private Capital capabilities. Responsabilità
- Manage projects for PE and other investors with oversight of teams and coaching of junior colleagues
- Set strategy for growth of the Private Capital practice and drive new initiatives (e.g.,
client roundtables, roadshows)
- Develop and institutionalize firm knowledge across the investment cycle, focusing on European and Italian PE markets
- Collaborate with other McKinsey practices to strengthen relationships and apply PE-centric insights
- Build and nurture relationships with investor clients across geographies
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in relevant field
- 7+ years of PE investment, divestment, and portfolio management experience or equivalent consulting experience in PE-related engagements
- Strong investor-focused industry knowledge and large-cap / mid-market PE networks
- Excellent problem-solving and ability to distill complex information into clear insights
- Fluency in Italian and English
