Overview
In this role, you will lead the TMS Engineering scope for customer projects, ensuring QCD performance from requirements to customer acceptance. You will manage system integration, configuration, and retrofit activities, coordinating multi-subsystem efforts until final sign-off. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and engineering teams to define strategy, control risks, and deliver compliant, safe, and cyber-aware solutions. This position offers impact through shaping railway traffic management deployments and contributing to global mobility projects with local impact.

Responsabilità
- Manage the technical contractual scope and ensure customer acceptance of the project solution
- Lead project engineering activities with defined QCDP and safety/cybersecurity principles
- Coordinate change control and handle variation orders with the Project Manager and Project Technical Manager
- Identify applicable regulations and ensure design compliance across the project lifecycle
- Define and deploy the Engineering Strategy (SyEMP) and supervise its execution
- Chair the Project Change Control Board (CCB)
- Oversee documentation for industrialisation, sourcing, installation, testing and commissioning
- Allocate tasks across the project engineering team and define organization per project phase
- Promote EHS rules and support warranty activities including RAM data analysis
- Support sub-system documentation approval and knowledge capitalization
- Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and uphold ethical conduct
Requisiti fondamentali
- Engineering background with full lifecycle project deployment experience
- Hands-on experience managing functional or hierarchical teams
- Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope
- Experience in customer relationship management in contractual contexts
- Knowledge of mainline market products and services
- Safety background and experience
- Fluent English
