Responsabilità
- Coordinate global trade and compliance operations to support regional business goals and cross-border filings
- Conduct regular audits of trade transactions to ensure regulatory compliance
- Review and ensure accuracy of trade documents (invoices, licenses, shipping docs) and maintain records
- Maintain relationships with internal and external partners to implement cross-border trade solutions
- Analyze KPIs and perform analyses to assess process effectiveness in compliance operations
- Drive internal global trade and compliance projects to improve processes or policies
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (typically 3+ years)
- Proven experience interacting with Italy Customs and local regulators
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Fluent Italian (written and spoken)
- Preferred: SAP experience
- Preferred: GTS experience
