Overview
In this VP role, you will actively price, trade and provide liquidity in FX Options across G10 and/or Emerging Markets. You will manage market risk and positions, collaborating with Sales to craft client solutions and contribute to product origination and franchise growth. You will shape pricing models, trading tools and risk management processes to enhance performance. This is an opportunity to influence the FX Derivatives franchise within a leading Italian bank and global group.

Responsabilità
- Price, trade and market make across FX Options for G10 and/or Emerging Markets
- Manage market risk from market-making and client activity
- Manage positions in plain-vanilla and exotic FX Options
- Provide competitive pricing and liquidity while optimizing risk/reward
- Identify and execute trading and hedging strategies based on market conditions and exposures
- Collaborate with Sales to support client activity with pricing, views and tailored solutions
- Contribute to origination,
assessment and structuring of new products
- Develop FX Derivatives franchise through new initiatives and product improvements
- Collaborate with other Trading teams and international hubs to optimize risk coverage
- Contribute to enhancement of pricing models, tools, analytics and risk-management processes
Requisiti fondamentali
- FX Options market making and risk management experience
- Strong exposure to G10 and/or Emerging Markets currencies
- Hands-on pricing and risk management of plain-vanilla FX Options; exotic products valued
- Ability to manage volatility and Greeks-based risk and hedge portfolios
- Experience working within market and counterparty risk frameworks and trading limits
- Proficiency with front-office trading, pricing and position-management systems
- Autonomous decision-maker in fast-changing markets
- Strong knowledge of FX markets, products and trading conventions
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Python, VBA or other programming/quantitative tools considered an advantage
