Responsabilità
- Lead and develop a team of Production Engineering Specialists, focusing on coaching, performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee Internal Processes: steer improvement initiatives, prioritize investments, track OEE and efficiency metrics, and validate ROI through feasibility analysis and implementation tracking.
- Lead Special Processes: drive development of automated/semi-automated solutions for Protection and Energy Management, ensuring innovation, budget compliance, and sustainability.
- Champion engineering solutions via feasibility studies, define technical specs,
implement advanced equipment and robotics, and continually upgrade production capabilities.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Automation Engineering; Master preferred
- 8+ years in process engineering, production management, or manufacturing/quality optimization in industrial/electromechanical sectors
- Proven experience with process design tools, manufacturing simulation software, and digital production tools (PLM, ERP, IoT monitoring)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, automation tech, Industry 5.0 standards, and Physical AI trends
- Demonstrated leadership of technical teams with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages advantageous
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, innovation mindset, stakeholder management, translating complexity into actionable solutions
