In this role you help clients unlock value through M&A; with pre- and post-deal focus. You work closely with shareholders, lenders and executives to shape strategy, quantify value levers and drive integration. You will engage across due diligence, synergy tracking and operating-model design, contributing to complex transformation programs. This opportunity combines strategic impact with hands-on execution using digital tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità

- Business & Strategic Planning with C-level executives to define improvement actions for investors
- Business & Commercial Due Diligence analyzing market dynamics and competition for targets




- Identification and review of synergies in pre- and post-deal phases with tracking models
- Synergy assessment and execution from quantification to implementation and monitoring
- Integration & Separation Management Office activities including Day 1 Readiness and Target Operating Model

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategy/business development in industry
- Master's degree in business subjects
- Strong interest in pre- and post-M&A; activities
- Analytical approach and ability to interpret data and KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian & English
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI and Qlik) preferred
- Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
