Specialista Senior / Project Manager
As a VitalLink Consultant, you will provide L2/L3 post-production support for SAP Vistex across customer environments, ensuring stable operation through troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and change requests. You will analyze client requirements, customize Vistex modules, and support end-to-end delivery from design to hypercare. You’ll prepare solution documentation and help integrate Vistex with SAP SD, driving enhancements that improve business continuity and revenue impact.
This role offers hands-on, cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, global setting.
- Provide post-production L2/L3 support for SAP Vistex applications
- Gather and analyze client requirements related to SAP Vistex components
- Configure Vistex modules and conduct multi-scenario testing
- Participate in end-to-end delivery including design, testing, go-live, and hypercare
- Prepare solution documentation such as functional specs and user xysqume guides
- Support integration with SAP SD
- Identify enhancements and improvement opportunities for clients
- Familiarity with SAP SD, pricing, and rebate management processes
- Ability to independently perform configuration and resolve support issues
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
