We are seeking a Sales Manager Immunology Commercial Leadership Centro-Sud to join our commercial team, supporting our Centro-Sud business area in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will lead Sales Specialists to deliver commercial goals while collaborating with Human Resources, Commercial Operations, and our co-commercialization partner.

Discover your role:
- Lead Sales Specialists through performance management, coaching, development planning, and talent management.
- Drive sales targets through effective resource deployment and budget management.
- Operationalize regional and local account plans with clear tactical responsibilities.
- Track Key Performance Indicators and address performance challenges proactively.
- Partner with Human Resources and Commercial Operations on talent development programs.
- Strengthen relationships with key healthcare professionals and our co-commercialization partner.
- Lead regional advocacy development plans and provide performance overviews to key functions.
- You foster a high-performance culture aligned with our vision, values, and strategy.
This role requires:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, sciences, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive industry or relevant professional experience.
- First-line management experience with demonstrated people management and coaching capabilities.
- Pharmaceutical account management experience with demonstrated commercial sales success.
- Understanding of financial tools and processes used to implement brand plans.
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop effective business solutions.
- Strong networking, influencing, communication, presentation, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Dermatology knowledge and biologics experience are desirable.
- Current clinical knowledge of relevant therapy areas and competitor brands is desirable.
