**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for a **Civil Project Engineer Specialist** to join the **Engineering & Property** function of the BU Milk in the Collecchio (PR) plant. The resource, reporting to the **Milk BU Engineering Senior Manager**, will have the following responsibilities: * Preliminary civil/building design (structural, architectural and hygienic requirements); * Preparation of metric calculations; * Identification and management of necessary urban planning and/or authorization practices and coordination of appointed external consultants; * Project management: work planning (GANTT/CPM), verification of compliance with times and dedicated budget; * Management of construction site activities (work progress, safety, environmental aspects) personally and/or through the coordination of external consultants. **REQUIRED SKILLS** * Diploma in surveying and/or Degree in Civil/Building Engineering or Architecture,
preferably with specializations in the relevant field; * Previous professional experience of at least 3/5 years in technical studios, construction companies or other companies; * Good knowledge of Autocad and the Office package, the use of 3D/BIM design programs will be considered a preferential title; * Good knowledge of the English language; * Excellent relational and team working skills; * Organizational and interfunctional collaboration skills; * Time Management, attention to detail and a strong aptitude for problem solving. **KEY INFORMATION ON THE POSITION** * Place of work: Collecchio (PR); * Working conditions: Availability for short business trips throughout the national territory; * People management: the position does not involve people management; * Main interlocutors: Technical area BU Milk and technical referents of the offices and/or sites involved in the projects.
