pstronguExecutive Assistant Manager (EAM) #2 role for a Luxury Resort in Kenya (German or Italian language skills preferred) /u /strong /ppbr / /ppA prestigious luxury resort in Kenya is seeking an experienced strongExecutive Assistant Manager (#2) /strong to join its senior leadership team. This luxury resort is part of a well-respected hospitality group that owns and manages luxury properties in Europe, Indian Ocean and in East Africa. /ppbr / /ppReporting directly to the strongResident Manager /strong, the EAM will be the strong#2 operational leader /strong and will play a key role in the overall management, guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance of the resort. We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded and highly polished hotelier who can operate effectively as the Resident Manager's right hand, take ownership of the resort's day-to-day operation, and assume overall operational responsibility in the Resident Manager's absence. /ppbr / /ppExperience in luxury resorts in Europe is preferred. German and Italian language skills will be valuable for this role. /ppbr / /ppstrongIdeal Candidate /strong /ppThe successful candidate will be a strongwell-rounded luxury hotelier /strong with strong operational experience across the major hotel divisions, particularly strongRooms and Food Beverage /strong.
