Lo scopra qui sotto.br/ppWe’re supporting a leading multidisciplinary design and project consultancy in Milan with the appointment of an experienced strongConstruction Project Manager /strong to support the delivery of complex building and real estate projects. /ppbr/ppThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically capable Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning and pre-construction through delivery, commissioning and final handover. /ppbr/pp The Role /ppWorking closely with clients, design teams, contractors and specialist consultants, you’ll provide day-to-day leadership and coordination across the project lifecycle. /ppKey responsibilities will include: /ppbr/pp Managing construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover /pp Coordinating multidisciplinary design, construction and consultant teams /pp Managing project programmes, key milestones and delivery schedules /pp Monitoring project cost, quality, risk and overall performance /pp Supporting procurement, tendering and contractor appointment processes /pp Managing client, contractor and stakeholder relationships /pp Reviewing project progress and identifying potential risks or delays /pp Coordinating site activities and ensuring delivery aligns with design intent and contractual requirements /pp Managing variations, changes and project reporting /pp Supporting commissioning, snagging,
