You will conduct reliability stress tests, perform electrical measurements, and analyze data to support qualification reports. - Ensure reliability characterization of dielectric layers
- Execute reliability stress tests and electrical measurements
- Analyze electrical data and perform drift analyses
- Support release of qualification reports
- Master degree in physics xysqume or electronic engineering
- Knowledge of main reliability failure mechanisms
- Knowledge of technology steps and features
- Good knowledge of programming fundamentals and statistical methods/tools for data analysis
- Good knowledge of LabVIEW and/or Python software
