Within the Electronics Division, as part of the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Governance – Site & Facilities Management we are looking for the Budget Planning, Cost Accounting, Performance & Reporting Manager, for our office in Nerviano (MI).
The person will be responsible for the following activities:
- Govern the process of preparing and monitoring the Budget Plan for OPEX and CAPEX related to the infrastructures of the Italian Sites of the Electronics Division.
- For Leonardo-owned sites, govern the process of preparing and monitoring investments related to the revamping of buildings or the construction of new buildings, in compliance with the Budget Plan approved by Leonardo.
- Define and monitor the KPIs related to Site & Facilities Management; according to the Continuous Improvement approach, monitor improvement initiatives, both at site and national level, aimed at ensuring performance and oversight in line with the Division's expectations.
- Guarantee the reporting process that provides an exhaustive view of the performance, both at Site and divisional level,
of the processes under the responsibility of the Organizational Unit; it operates in synergy with the other Manufacturing & Supply Chain Governance Functions, according to a holistic perspective of industrial processes.
- Develop proposals for the digitalization of the processes it owns and coordinates with the divisional Functions to launch initiatives that go in the direction of streamlining, automating and strengthening execution in the Site & Facilities Management area.
- In compliance with Leonardo's directives, promote the use of AI to support Site & Facilities Management processes.
- Guarantee compliance with the Procedures of the Electronics Division and elaborate those within the competence of the Organizational Unit.
Educational qualification:
- Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics and Management
Level of experience required:
- Expert: 3 – 5 years of experience
