Overview For our Information Technology Department, we are looking for a Product Management System Specialist to join the Product Management Systems team at our HQ in Milan.
Your Impact The Product Management System Specialis will contribute to the optimization, maintenance, and evolution of the Centric PLM platform, ensuring process consistency and operational continuity across the Company’s IT ecosystem. The resource will support Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, and Product Lifecycle Management processes, with a particular focus on PLM, CAD, and CAM environments.
In Particular, The PLM Specialist Will Be Responsible For
- Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements related to product development and data management processes, with a focus on defining and improving PLM processes.
- Analyze current business processes (AS-IS) and contribute to the design and implementation of future-state solutions (TO-BE).
- Manage change requests and support solution design through business blueprints, data models, and system integration specifications.
- Configure and customize the Centric PLM platform according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including software vendors, to define and implement business needs.
- Coordinate development activities performed by internal teams and external providers.
- Provide day-to-day support to Product Development and Design teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data flows between PLM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Support test case definition, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT),
and software release processes.
Qualification Who We Are Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Centric PLM or other PLM solutions, preferably within Fashion & Luxury, Retail, or specialized consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of the fashion product lifecycle, from concept and design to prototyping, collection development, and industrial production.
- Knowledge of integration architectures, including APIs, middleware, and EDI solutions.
- Good knowledge of SQL, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, SQL Server, JavaScript, XML, and CSS.
- Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
