Overview
As a Solutions Engineer, you translate business needs into Cisco-based technical solutions for large enterprise and service provider accounts. You will partner with Account Managers to craft winning proposals, demonstrate Cisco capabilities, and guide customers through PoCs and BoMs. Your work shapes multi-engineering solutions that align with customer goals and Cisco’s portfolio, driving technology adoption across networking, data center, security, collaboration, and cloud domains. You will operate in a cross-functional, customer-centric environment that values collaboration and impactful outcomes. Responsabilità
- Serve as technology solution consultant to the customer and Cisco account team
- Collaborate with a range of Cisco specialists to design and present solutions
- Educate customers on Cisco differentiation and generate demand
- Align product and services capabilities with customer business drivers
- Plan sales strategy, develop proposals, deliver presentations and demos to close business
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 7 years in pre-sales engineering focusing on Cisco Enterprise Routing & Switching, Data Centre, Security, and Collaboration
- Cisco product experience or relevant experience with key competitors in the technology area
- Deep knowledge of large IT environments and applications
- Strong business acumen and customer presence
