Your responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to agreed recipes and presentation standards
Organize your section and complete mise en place for each service
Work closely with chefs and front-of-house colleagues during service
Store ingredients correctly, monitor stock and reduce waste
Follow allergen, food safety and cleaning procedures
Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and service improvements
What we are looking for Relevant kitchen experience in a restaurant or comparable setting
Sound food safety knowledge and a disciplined approach to cleanliness
Calm organization and reliable teamwork during busy service
