Events Specialist (Senior)

Type of contract: Italy – Milan, Hybrid
What You'll Do Ensure high‐quality delivery of IDC events, managing logistics, speakers, partners, and delegates
Oversee financials to ensure event profitability
Execute marketing activities (event websites, email campaigns, telemarketing)
Work closely with sales teams and other lines of business
Attend events in person across Italy
Has 3+ years of end‐to‐end event management experience
Possesses strong project management and organizational skills
Has business‐level English proficiency
Is skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
