Job Overview Business Analyst - e Commerce e Digital Product Management role at BIP . Join our Value Line E‐Business Performance Optimization team, offering integrated E‐commerce and Digital Performance Marketing & Sales services across multiple industries. You will define, launch, and continually optimize digital solutions to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications. Produce and maintain detailed analysis documents, including process flows, user stories, and use cases, ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to refine functional needs. Contribute to the functional design of core e Commerce features such as Checkout, Catalog, Customer, and Content.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in digital e Commerce environments. Strong understanding of e Commerce platforms and architectures, with hands‐on experience in at least two of the following areas: PIM, CMS,
ERP, CRM, OMS, personalization engines, search tools, product feed managers, marketplaces, API integrations, and order/payment management. Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Fluent written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills. Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Detail‐oriented, problem‐solving mindset, and data‐driven approach. Strong prioritization, mentoring, and continuous improvement abilities. Knowledge of digital performance KPIs and the ability to monitor and act on them.
Preferred
Qualifications (Nice to Have) Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Skill in visualizing complex systems with flowcharts, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. Experience with interpreting wireframes and mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) is a plus. Benefits and Culture Crescita e For
