Your Role
We are looking for an energetic and process-driven Purchasing & R&D; Controller to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).
You will report to the Industrial Controller and support operations through proactive steering and control of the business.
You will act as a trustworthy Finance Business Partner and provide financial insight to help guide the Technogym strategy and enable business leaders to make the smartest short and long-term decisions.
As the Purchasing & R&D; Controller, your ultimate mission—and daily obsession—is relentless product cost reduction. You will not just track numbers; you will be the primary driver of profitability, actively challenging cost structures and leading the charge to strip out waste, optimize margins, and ensure our products are designed and sourced at the absolute best cost-to-value ratio.
