Are you a recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset and eager to develop your career in Finance? Do you enjoy working with numbers, analysing business performance and collaborating with different functions in a global environment? Join Sidel as a Junior Portfolio Controller and become part of a team supporting Portfolio Management, Engineering and Supply Chain. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience in financial controlling while developing your expertise under the guidance of the Portfolio Controlling Director.
Contract: 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
Your Mission
- - Support the Portfolio Controlling team in preparing financial analyses for Portfolio Management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to portfolio performance reviews by collecting, checking and organizing financial and operational data.
- Support recurring analyses on portfolio and product performance.
- Contribute to product profitability monitoring, including cost, margin, price and quotation-related analysis. Help maintain and improve reporting files,
dashboards and controlling tools, translating financial information into clear comments and presentations.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly outlooks, monthly forecasts and closing activities.
- Monitor actual results versus budget or forecast and contribute to variance analysis.
- Prepare first-level comments on deviations and support the follow-up of action plans.
- Support the application of internal financial processes, controls and governance rules.
- Learn and apply company policies, procedures and controlling standards.
Your Profile
- - Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Management Engineering.
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in business performance.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. xysqume
