Overview
In this role you will own and optimize the end-to-end Cards & Mobile Payments journeys within a multidisciplinary agile squad. You’ll align card products and customer journeys with business goals, regulatory requirements and operational efficiency, driving customer experience improvements and digital adoption. You will collaborate with Product Owners, IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal and external partners to launch features and govern product evolution. This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on innovation, performance and profitability across card and mobile payment domains. You’ll be at the heart of shaping the customer experience in a leading international banking environment.

Responsabilità
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of cards and mobile payments products and customer journeys
- Gather and document business, customer and regulatory requirements
- Prepare business cases, market analyses and functional requirements
- Coordinate product development and enhancements with internal and external stakeholders
- Support product launches, feature releases and implementation
- Monitor KPIs and customer behavior through data analysis
- Conduct process reviews to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Analyze market trends and competitors to support product evolution
- Prepare management reports and performance analyses for governance
- Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and remove impediments
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience of at least 2 years in the role
- Ability to manage critical situations through good decision-making skills
- Degree in Economics
- Knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of innovative payments with focus on Mobile
