Overview
In this role you will support global compensation and benefits initiatives for a multinational chemical company. You will work with the HRIS to extract and analyze workforce data, ensuring data quality and governance across the C&B; function. You will prepare reports for the Global Head of C&B; and Executive Leadership and contribute to salary harmonization, incentive design, and the performance management process from a compensation perspective. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement global projects and ensure compliance with governance standards. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role with meaningful impact on global pay structures and policy alignment.
Responsabilità
- Extract and analyze compensation and workforce data from the HRIS system
- Ensure global data quality, consistency, and integrity across all C&B; reporting and analytics
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for the Global Head of C&B; and Executive Leadership
- Coordinate global Compensation & Benefits projects
- Support the harmonization of salary structures across countries and business units
- Contribute to the optimization of local incentive plans
- Coordinate the global salary increase process
- Support the performance management cycle from a compensation perspective
- Prepare promotion cases and salary offer proposals
- Organize and maintain C&B; governance frameworks, policies, and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and applicable local regulations
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- strong knowledge of HRIS systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
- experience handling large international datasets
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, or Korn Ferry) is advantageous
