Overview
In this role you guide the Scalable Operations Division to align ops with Nadara’s strategy, driving TOM design, KPI framing, and cross-functional governance. You’ll manage multi-stakeholder initiatives across M&A;, organic growth, and Ops Initiatives, while advancing automation and AI within the TOM. You’ll produce COO-ready outputs, mentor analysts, and partner with IT&D; on credible, value-driven tech solutions. Responsabilità
- Design, develop, and continuously improve Operations-wide TOM processes and adoption
- Lead the Ops Initiatives process from idea submission to governance and delivery
- Own and govern SO initiatives from business case to execution
- Drive the automation and AI agenda within the TOM with a quantified impact
- Quantify and report impact against cost-to-serve KPI framework
- Facilitate senior stakeholder sessions and coordinate multi-department collaboration
- Provide inputs for growth projects from Organic Growth and M&A;
- Maintain and improve the Lessons Learned Library and governance frameworks
- Support Associates and Analysts with quality control on outputs
- Align TOM adoption monitoring and enforcement across Scalable Operations
Requisiti fondamentali
- Deep expertise in process design and improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence)
- Experience designing KPI frameworks in an operations/industrial context
- Strong initiative management experience
- Ability to produce COO-ready analytical outputs independently
- Strong digital literacy to brief IT&D; and assess solutions
- Comfort with data architecture and evaluating tool design decisions
- Advanced Excel and Power BI familiarity
- Familiarity with M&A; transaction processes; energy/renewables or O&M; experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of AI, automation concepts and feasibility assessment
- Ability to build business cases for automation and AI initiatives
- Critically assess vendor AI propositions and structure proofs of value
- Understanding of AI risk controls and EU AI Act considerations (preferred)
- Working user-level fluency with current AI tools (preferred)
