Overview

In this role you oversee Learning & Development for Italy and drive the deployment of global initiatives across the EMEA region. You will assess training needs, design programs, and lead performance and development processes to strengthen talent. You partner with managers to map career paths, support succession planning, and improve retention and engagement. You will stay ahead of HR/L&D; trends and translate insights into actions that support business growth. This position offers a hands-on leadership role with regional impact in a fast-growing multinational.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Permanent contract
- Indicative salary package: 50,000–60,000 gross annual, based on experience, plus 10% variable and a production premio
- 1 day/week smart working

Responsabilità

- Assess training needs and design/implement learning and development programs
- Act as the reference point for the performance appraisal process and employee development




- Partner with managers to identify internal talent, define career paths and support succession planning
- Develop strategies to improve talent retention and strengthen employee engagement
- Monitor key talent metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
- Stay up to date on HR/L&D; trends and best practices

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management & Development within international, structured organizations
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and key development initiatives
- Proven experience using and maintaining complex HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Google Suite)
- Fluent English; French is a plus
