Responsabilità
- Identify issues and develop hypotheses through client problem solving
- Design and conduct analyses, then synthesize conclusions into recommendations
- Develop purchasing strategies that align with clients’ objectives across Europe
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients from diverse business areas
- Receive training, coaching, and mentoring to accelerate growth
- Based in one of our European offices and contribute to cross‑border projects
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree and exceptional academics
- Broad experience in strategic purchasing and/or supply management (global sourcing, cross‑functional category management, RfQ processes and negotiations)
- Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
- Willingness to relocate/undertake European assignments
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and local language
