Overview
In this role you will contribute to delivering Salesforce Platform solutions for enterprise customers, focusing on design, integration and implementation across desktop, cloud and mobile environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while managing risk and guiding customers to successful outcomes. This role combines hands-on technical work with advisory elements to boost customer success and platform adoption. You will become a Salesforce domain authority through structured onboarding and certification, shaping how clients leverage AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.

Responsabilità
- Deliver and implement Salesforce Platform solutions and enterprise integrations
- Lead evaluation of business and technical requirements for senior stakeholders
- Develop and release tech designs and documentation leveraging Salesforce best practices
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and drive to resolution
- Manage risks and align expectations with customers and partners
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to customer success through front- and back-end solution development
- Support environment management, testing and platform education
- Guide architecture standards and integration development across projects
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5 years of IT experience or equivalent
- Hands-on technical implementation experience in a relevant software domain
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (e.g., Java)
- Experience with REST/SOAP API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and in distributed teams
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Fluency in English and Italian
