Overview

As Project Services Manager for an oil & gas project in Milano, you oversee cost control, scheduling, and documentation to protect client interests across the project lifecycle. You work within a disciplined program/ project management team to ensure accurate progress analysis and compliant technical documentation. You will implement project procedures, coordinate with scheduling engineers, and ensure final deliverables meet standards and are archived properly. This role combines governance, quality, and engineering execution to drive efficient project outcomes.

Responsabilità

- Management of Cost, Schedule and Documentation functions
- Quality and consistency of project package definition
- Engineering activities completion according to plan
- Application of relevant norms, standards, and best practices for safety and environmental performance




- Project accounting data feeding into enterprise systems
- Coordination with scheduling/analysis engineer to align times and costs
- Development and implementation of project procedures for Cost, Schedule and Documentation
- Archiving of final project documentation

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
- 15 years of experience in Project Services / Project Control
- Excellent spoken and written English with proven report writing abilities
