Se il suo profilo è in linea, invii la sua candidatura.br/ppstrongHEAD OF SALES /strong /ppon a full-time basis. /ppbr/ppstrongYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /pulliLead, coordinate and further develop the Sales Team, including people management, coaching and employee development. /liliSecure and sustainably grow the existing business, while defining, managing and achieving sales targets. /liliDirectly manage our Key Accounts and our most strategically important and sensitive customer relationships. /liliIdentify and develop new business opportunities and strategically expand relationships with customers and business partners. /liliAct as the key interface between the Sales Team and our production facilities in Romania, ensuring efficient and solution-oriented collaboration. /liliDevelop and implement targeted B2B marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and our market positioning. /liliRepresent the company at trade fairs and industry events. /li /ulpstrongYOUR PROFILE /strong /pulliSeveral years of solid experience in Sales, Business Development, ideally in a leadership role or a position with comparable responsibilities. /liliStrong leadership and team management skills, with a coaching,
motivating and development-oriented leadership style. /liliStrong customer and solution orientation, with the ability to professionally develop strategic customer relationships and confidently manage complex challenges. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset, excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. /liliExcellent written and spoken English. /liliKnowledge of additional European languages is an advantage. /liliVery good digital skills and confident use of common IT applications and software. /liliWillingness to travel regularly for business. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWHAT WE OFFER /strong /ppYou can expect a strategically important and responsible position with a high degree of autonomy and significant scope to make an impact.
