Such talent will report to a Retail Training Manager and collaborate with a team of other Retail Trainers in the Country Italy. /ppbr/ppAs a Retail Trainer, you will develop our Beauty Advisors skills, supporting them in delivering the best customer experience and in celebrating everyone’s beauty and uniqueness. /ppIn this role, you will: /ppbr/pulliDeliver on-the-job training and organize sessions – in store and online – on products, selling techniques and application techniques. /liliCascade guidelines and training contents developed by the Global Retail Training team,
