In this role you support customers and field staff with product implementation, customization, questions, and problems. You collaborate with development teams to track bugs, enhancements, and ongoing support activities. You gather feedback and coordinate across field and product teams to resolve issues and improve product usage. You drive customer satisfaction by translating technical needs into actionable solutions and maintaining high accuracy in issue handling. Responsabilità
- Answer customer and field support questions; guide product integration and infrastructure issue resolution
- Coordinate with product development engineers to track design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions
- Identify, document, and report design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs
- Gather and consolidate feedback from customers and field staff
- Coordinate with field support specialists and customers to address and resolve problems and expand product usage
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for technical issues related to system integration and infrastructure
- Ability to collaborate with development teams to manage bugs, enhancements, and support activities
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical needs and customer feedback
- Experience in collecting, documenting, and managing issues through ticketing systems
