Overview

In this role you shape global sales training at Datalogic, aligning programs with sales strategy and product knowledge for staff and partners. You design, deliver, and continuously improve training across regions, using in-person, remote, and online formats. You’ll work with technical teams to keep content current and relevant, while building scalable onboarding and certification paths to accelerate performance. The opportunity offers impact across a multinational, tech-forward organization.

Responsabilità

- Design and develop training content on sales processes, products, applications, and technologies
- Deliver training sessions through internal and external trainers, in-person, remote, and e-learning
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to collect updates
- Adapt materials for diverse audiences including technical staff, sales teams, partners, and end users
- Manage LMS and monitor training effectiveness




- Design and implement a continuous learning path with certifications for sales teams
- Create a robust onboarding program for all sales roles at global level
- Ensure consistency with Sales strategy and company culture and values

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor or Master in Economics or Engineering
- Fluent in English; Italian a plus
- Proven experience in training, preferably in industrial or high-tech environments
- Familiar with global sales organization and processes
- Sales experience is a plus

- Excellent communication and public speaking
- Strong self-motivation and proactive attitude
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Training planning and management
- Familiarity with e-learning tools (LMS platforms)
- Understanding of industrial technologies (machine vision, AI, sensors, automation)
