We are looking for motivated and skilled Field Service Engineers to join the Service Execution team in Italy (locations depending on profile).

Your Challenge
- Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of Automation and Motion Control systems, including PLCs, drives, and machine tools
- Execution of on‐site service activities at OEMs and end customers
- Configuration and tuning of drive systems (e.G. SINAMICS)
- PLC software activities using STEP 7 and TIA Portal
- Support to technical hotline and back‐office teams
- Participation in digitalization and modernization projects
- Technical coordination with internal departments (engineering, sales, project management)
- Documentation, reporting, and customer communication aligned with Siemens standards
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
- Degree in Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Experience (or strong motivation to grow) in technical customer service, field service,
or project engineering
- Knowledge of:
- Siemens PLCs (S7‐300 / S7‐1500, STEP 7, TIA Portal)
- Drive technology (e.G. SINAMICS, Starter / StartDrive)
- Experience with CNC and/or Motion Control systems (e.G. SINUMERIK) is considered a plus
- Passion to never‐stop growing

- Proactive, structured, and solution‐oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel for on‐site activities
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Valid driving license and eligibility to work in Italy
